In partnership with Arrows Marketing & Advertising FZE and in cooperation with several American and European experts, we have developed efficient strategies against potential risks and threats that may arise from the misuse of certain Internet services in order to harm somebody's reputation. On the other hand, we have developed new solutions to fight against Internet piracy, which costs commercial entities huge material losses, in addition to affecting their online reputation.
A good reputation is one of the most valuable assets of a private or legal entity (company, institution, organization, ...) because it is considered as the key factor of trust and the untold secret of success.
Nowadays, with the rapid evolution of the Internet and the explosion of electronic media and the proliferation of blogs, forums, social networks and news portals that enhance the free expression of information and personal views, it has become easier for anyone to damage the reputation of any private or legal entity, where it is possible for one person, who has a very personal interest, to spread a rumor through the World Wide Web, and other people will repeat this rumor until it becomes an established fact in the eyes of the public opinion, while the victim will not be given a fair and equal chance to defend himself (or herself).
In practice, the restoration of a lost reputation is often possible. But the best solution is to always maintain and protect good reputation in order to avoid its sudden deterioration.
In general, the process of reputation management or reputation restoration is a complex task which can not be achieved simply by launching a series of positive news & information about the affected entity, but this task should be accomplished in several stages.
In the first stage, we start with the collection of any bad news or unflattering information about the client, which might be spread across the Internet in various formats, either text, audio or video (we monitor and analyze them by means of sophisticated software that have been developed specifically for this purpose), then we respond appropriately to these negative news and information via an online interactive communication.
In normal cases, our role is to maintain a good reputation and positive image of the client in the eyes of his own potential stakeholders, as well as the general opinion.
In the case of a damaged reputation, our mission is to restore the client's reputation and to eliminate any potential online threats that might worsen the situation.
